Insomnia
Turn the lights down a couple of hours before bed. Turn the computer off well before bed time.Get some Melatonin from the drug store. It is a sleep hormone produced by the brain. I also like to use a "noise machine" to cover the back ground noise. Sleep tight.Posted 06-13-2009 at 12:13 PM by Accfsu34 -

I agree with the coffee comment. I'm as bad as anyone with with drinking too much coffee and too late. My sleep patterns yo yo, and have all my life. All I've learned is no matter how bad they are, it's best to actually get the sleep then to not sleep at all.Posted 06-12-2009 at 07:21 PM by Halo -

Do you fall asleep after you get laid? If you do, that sounds like the best solution to your problem. =]Posted 06-11-2009 at 01:43 PM by papz -
Insomnia
Get some exercise.
Cut back on the caffeine.
Eat right.
Turn the computer OFF.
Yeah, I know, blah...blah...blah... BUT, you're getting older bro. Take it from me - it's time to start wrenching down on some things.
Maybe a Superbowl would help you get some rest?Posted 06-11-2009 at 11:36 AM by saintsfan1976 -
Insomnia
I can't offer help but I too suffer from this very problem. I don’t know if it’s just me but the problem has only gotten worse as I have gotten older. I have tried just about everything I have ever read on the subject ranging from doing strenuous exercise to drinking warm milk, and nothing seams to bring me any relief.
Best of luck to you in finding relief from this issue and pleas if you figure something out, let me know how you did it.
