Since I've gotten too long in my posts on discussion threads...I've been encouraged to blog...
I'll repost my commentary on Coach Payton's Post Game Press Conference
Good Point Coach, let's not let it become a trend...
You said it, not us...
Especially when I was looking fwd to running it up on the hated Redskins...
Good thing the Footballer Wives left for shopping and we had GGW - Road Trip to ease the pain, or at least delay it until watching sportscenter over and over and over...
Best assessment of the game...
Before his value plummets, trade Stinchcomb to an AFC team (anything to shift the balance of power) and get a draft pick back, or a Free Safety?
Big Carl Nicks is ready to manhandle this league...
And they weren't surprised by our offense is what the Wash Rags are saying...

That's why you draft them and sign them; Let'em play coach...especially Nicks...

Now, Coach, don't do that...he's played great, even as a rookie, and you or the Executive of the Year screwed up not keeping Schulters or getting another FS in FA; now I see why Kaesviharn rode the pine last season...
Plus when a guy has time to make a triple move, you need to talk to your overpaid DE's...

And he was having such a nice training camp...
We need to assimilate faster or the Saints will be playing in Green Bay in the playoffs, if we don't get ahead of ourselves...
Your staff has issues...we have questions...
Get rid of the rule if it's not going to be called both ways and in certain stadiums, Washington is one, where it rarely gets called against the home team...
Further, don't take the field to whip @$$ if you're not prepared for the opponent to do the same...

I didn't like Porter getting called out like that; very disappointed in Coach on that one...
How can an offense like this Saints team not convert better on third downs?!?
Simple...Jon Stinchcomb and no Powerback signed as insurance to Deuce

...and not having Mary Rottincrotch as backup because you know your date is a good Catholic girl...
No it's not the end of the season...
It's that I hate losing to the establishment/big market teams...
I'll get over it if the Saints turn the Broncos into Purina Chow and all the NFC division leaders lose...
Man, three weeks since eating Red Beans and Rice (Monday thing in South Louisiana) and that, plus losing to the RedFSkins, has me up all night...

nice. But i have no problem with Porter getting mentioned. Unlike most positions CB is the one that requires very thick skin and short memory. even porter called himself out in the locker room.
