To all the LSU fans on this board. The US Army All-American game is on NBC today at noon. LSU has 3 commitments playing in it. They also have 3 other kids who are looking at LSU as one of their top choices.

Wow that's awesome. LSU is a talented bunch. Hopefully Les Miles will be able to recuit like Saban, we won't know for another year or two.

He's doing a fair job recruiting but no where near what Saban was doing for the program. He has tough shoes to fill... with Saban we had a top 7 recruiting class pretty much every year. So far this year I don't think we have one blue chip recruit yet. Al Woods is debateable... some sites have him at 4 starts while a few have him as a blue chipper. Woods has also wanted to attend LSU since he started to play football... not to mention he is from Baton Rouge. So I'm not giving Miles much credit for him... now if we land Gerald McCoy (I think that's how you spell it), the nations top DT, then I would be impressed. Woods and McCoy would make a very nice tandem at LSU for years to come.
