I don't think any conference in the South needs rich
uppity ****s. They belong in the Big East or somewhere like that.
And they should take Puke with 'em.

I say let's get UNC into the SEC and make it a REAL hoops brawl!!!

We need Bama and Florida. The strength of the SEC is straight
up Southern Fried Excellence and BOTH of those schools bring it.

Oklahoma is so far from being a Southern State that is would be ridiculous to add them.

Texas is Texas. They are not part of the South, North, East Coast or West Coast. BECAUSE THEY ARE TEXAS!

The SEC doesn't need those schools. In the past 20 years the SEC has won 10 National Championships.

I respectfully disagree. Oklahoma sided with the South in
The War Against Northern Aggression. As did Texans.

I'll take Okies and Texans any day over Auburn and Vandy.
The former are true Southern schools, the latter are
Carpetbagger schools.

From Wiki:
>>Founded in 1873, the university is named for shipping and rail magnate "Commodore" Cornelius Vanderbilt, who provided Vanderbilt its initial $1 million endowment despite having never been to the South. <<

And, my personal bifurcated Southron stubborn opionion about
Auburn is that it started out wonderfully. And then became
the hideous malignancy it is today after the war ended and
they sold out the ag & mechanical roots to some highfallutin'
bull honkey that attracts every fool this side of Bakersfield CA.
I only ever feel compassion for Auburn because they gave us
the Round Mound of Rebound hissef, and I just love that man.
