Oregon Handles Stanford

Now that Boise St. and Stanford are knocked off I wanted to say that if Oklahoma State loses to Oklahoma I would like to see a repeat of the LSU vs. Alabama. I'm a Pacific Northwest guy and watching my UW Huskies lose to USC was a sad site since it may have cost us a Holiday Bowl. Boise St. has always been a fraud to us Huskies since they don't play anyone...sorry any Georgia fans. The Oregon Ducks are good but Alabama gave LSU a better game. Alabama missed like 3 long FG's or that game could have ended different. Some people say (ESPN mediots) that the LSU vs. Alabama was a bad game and I completely disagree with them since I thought it was a great defensive battle and would love to see it again. Am I missing anything or do you agree that if Oklahoma St. loses to Oklahoma that LSU vs. Alabama should be for the National Championship?

Andrew Luck is human. That is all.

I am glad both teams lost.

@SeatownSaint - What the heck is wrong with Washington (UW)? That was once a storied program and a perennial power.

I went through this from 1989 to 1994 with LSU, but Gerry Dinardo got them back on track in 1995 and it stayed that way but for 2 bad years (the last 2 of Dinardo's tenure).

It's been almost 10 years since I've seen Washington stay in the top 20 through the season. Every BIG game they played in the Pac 12 this season they got blown out in, saw the last 2 games USC/Oregon, read about the Standford game.

I know it makes you sick because I've been there before. I thought the new coach had them on the right track but maybe I was wrong.
There has to be a ton of talent UW can recruit unless the area has be out-recruited from other teams?

Peace.
