I agree that these players should be allowed to transfer. I truly hope PSU gets the death penalty |

The USC violations from a few years ago (Bush) were a lot less daming than this, and their players could transfer.
The only thing on PSU's side is their previously spotless record, but I still say they deserve the strictest penalty possible. |
