I just don't get it with these athletes at big programs, they have it pretty much made, they get a full ride to a good school and if they choose to study get a world class education and yet just throw everything away.

If you ever get the chance to speak with one of these athletes, you'll understand why.

Many of these "students" wouldn't open a book unless you told them money was inside.

The University of Alabama has barred from campus the three Crimson Tide football players charged in the robberies on Monday of two students.
Defensive back Eddie Williams, linebacker Tyler Hayes and defensive lineman D.J. Pettway face two counts of second-degree robbery after the attacks on the two Alabama students on campus. Williams also is suspected of using a stolen debit card.
"The three students who were arrested on robbery charges have been interim suspended and are not allowed to be on campus pending UA's judicial review, which is expected to be concluded by the end of next week," Deborah Lane, UA assistant vice president for university relations, said in a statement, according to Al.com.
A fourth player, Brent Calloway, was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card but not robbery. Consequently, he was not barred from campus.
All four players were indefinitely suspended from the team earlier this week by coach Nick Saban.
Williams also was arrested and charged with carrying a pistol without a license in a separate incident Sunday. He has requested permission to leave to state to return home to Florida.
