Badger fans are shaking under their cheese heads and I simply ask this question...do you think Ron Dayne caused the same kind of panic?

Louisiana is gonna own Wisconsin this year....do you recall the last time the Packers won in the Dome.

It's not going to be an easy game for LSU.. Wisconsin isn't some scrub team.

2nd best SEC team versus a Big 10 team rebuilding its front 7?

LSU by 3 scores, easily

That's only a problem if the players replacing the front 7 are bad... And given Wisconsin's recent history of having a stout D, I highly doubt that's the case.

Not to mention Wisconsin's OL is -very- good, and they have arguably the best RB in the nation.

Man to man LSU probably has a talent advantage at 20 of the 22 starters on offense and defense, and is much deeper.

Easily a 3 score victory

There's no way that's true. You're either overrating LSU, or underrating Wisconsin. I'm not sure which one. I agree with you on the outcome of the game, I think LSU will win as well.. But I really don't see it being a blowout like you say it'll be.

I suppose we will see in a couple days.

LSU's quarterback situation scares me. I still think they win, but, am cautiously optimistic.

A three score game prediction is looking through purple and gold goggles, which I appreciate. I'd love to see Leonard Fournette or Kenny Hilliard rush for 200yds and Trey Quinn to have 3 TDs. I haven't looked but I bet the Vegas spread is close.

I don't own P&G goggles... Roll Damn Tide!!!

The Big 10 just can't hang with the SEC elite. An occasional upset is about all they can hope for, and it ain't gonna happen Saturday.

Debatable. Michigan St could have very well beaten Auburn last year.

Sorry guys. Long time Saints fan (since at least 1980) BUT also a long time Badgers fan. Since before they were good (too).

I think the Badgers can pull this off. I look for a good game. They return all but 1 starter on the O line and the new QB is a gamer and a good athlete all around.

I will try to get on chat so you guys can deride my choice of college teams.

Re: LSU vs Wisconsin

That game was HUGE for Wisconsin. If they could've beaten LSU the rest of their schedule is pitiful. They would've been set up real nice to possibly make the playoffs. Now they'd have to win out. That with how young and inexperienced LSU is gave you that first half. Man the play calling was awful in my opinion. I was very impressed with Jennings. Why are they so determined to rush a true freshman QB onto the field?

Re: LSU vs Wisconsin

Wisconsin impressed and LSU disappointed, the result of expectations. These first games are typically work in progress, lots of new faces and talent working to work together. It is a 60 minutes ballgame, no matter how it started. You have to be impressed for the ability to overcome and grow from this kind of game. This is a Les Miles trademark, one that earned him according to espn the only coach with a winning record after being down in the fourth quarter for as many games as this kind of stat would ostensibly qualify him for. Good game Wisconsin!

LSU just being LSU. We have a flair for the dramatics and playing down to our opponents level.

So true! They'll probably let SMU make it interesting too. Our secondary will get a better test for sure. Wisconsin wouldn't have completed over half their passes if they were throwing on air. SMU throws for over 400yds per game. I just wanna say I was bewildered by Leonard Fournette's performance. Next Bo or Herschel....I didn't see that. They say he's a 4.3 40 guy. He didn't even look fast to me and seemed to be stiff and have no vision. I've thought Kenny Hilliard was LSUs best back since his freshman year. I was glad he got 18 carries and hoping for a lot more from him. Also, what is the knock on Anthony Jennings? Good size and speed, perfect quick release, throws a great deep ball and seems to always hit WRs in stride. So did anyone else think it's possible that Fournette could end up majorly disappointing?
