Hey, you know what I heard Rome say today? The Bengals need AJ McCarron to win (now that Dalton is out for the season) and if he does, he'll be the first Alabama QB to win an NFL game in 28yrs ... really? Who was the last? Kenny Stabler?.

It is truly amazing that a team that wins so much doesn't really have anything to show for it at QB at the next level.

Greg McElroy looked like he had potential with the Jets, but got hurt.

Brodie Croyle, Richard Todd, Jeff Rutledge, Scott Hunter?

Wow! Thats horrible.

That's what I was thinking, all that winning, National Championships and players to the NFL stuff ... with stat like that? Testimony to the program, IMO. They'll kick your ass without a QB, ... can't wait to tell my MSU buddies, ;).

Looked it up, Rutledge was the last, for the NYG in '87 (didn't think that date worked for Stabler) ... and it's all over the news, I thought Rome was throwing something out there unique, not general knowledge and you couldn't google,.

Speaking of stats, I find it mind boggling that U of Alabama has had only 2 Heisman trophy winners in their illustrious programs history.

Dang, that is another irony ... how'd they end up with the corn dog snack anyway? I'm looking at Michigan being listed as pulled pork sammiches ... I like pulled pork, but I think I'd rather have a plate of corn dogs on game day, :) ... and look at Georgia ... hashbrowns, ... I can see all the Failclown fans sitting around on Sundays with their Mickey D potato patties off the dollar menu,.

Well, Bama used to be the condom capital of the USA.

I wonder if corn dogs factored in somehow...
