Crawford actually got more than that... I think around 142 for 7 seasons. Lee's contract will be sick... but I think he'll end up back in Texas for a little less money and 1 less year. Werth's contract is ridiculous... but the only way the Nats were going to get him to Washington was to overpay him. He would have got less from a good team everywhere else. He'll put up solid numbers and play great defense for a couple of seasons, but the length and annual compensation was insane. He's going to miss hitting in that band box in Philly.

If you think that's alot of money.Wait until you see Albert Pujols next contract.I'm willing to bet it's going to be 7 years 250 million.He will be the highest paid player in all of sports.
