Normally it starts in the pantry, ends up in the fridge and makes frequent stops in the microwave before being poured

Nobody in his right mind keeps syrup in the fridge...unless it's the blueberry syrup. That has specific instructions to "Refrgerate after opening". You will not find that instruction anywhere on the label of mapel syrup or Aunt Jehmima. Man...this offseason is getting long. LOL

I'm with you, as previously posted...but here's one for you. How do you feel about peanut-butter. My wife is continuously putting it in the fridge and it really gripes my butt. If you want to tear your bread up, then put it there. Are we on the same page with this one as well? Just curious...and hopefully not jacking the thread but inquiring minds want to know!

I think there may be a law against putting peanut butter in the fridge, but I'm not sure.

I like it when it has been in the cupboard. My wife however......sticks it in the dad-gum frige!!!!

Cold syrup sucks...it stops the butter melting process.

Right you are. Nobody in his (or her) right mind would chill their syrup. I think they only do that up North around Shreveport.
