Too often the Presidentcy is a "Puppet" position the the Federal Reserve, Wall Street and the War Machine. Too many politicians can be bought off easily because their campaigne needs money in order to get elected.

The Donald doesn't have this problem and is the reason he is so attractive. His financial status makes him less likely to do deals to screw American. Plus I honestly believe he knows how to properly address the problems that face this country.

Fox News will be so anti Trump because the Republican Party knows it can't control Donald Trump. Look for Rush, Hannity O'Riely to not be Pro Trump. I think the American People will see through this and hopefully vote him in.

I agree with what you're saying FF. However, Trump doesn't have the $1,000,000,000 it is going to take to run a successful pesidential campaign, so he will have to get his money from somewhere or someone. Plus, Two problems I see with Trump is that he has given more support, in $$$$, in the past to liberal candidates, and he will support anybody who will kiss his a$$. Oh yea, he's also very narcissistic, just like sombody else we know. It's all bout Trump. All the stuff he is talking about is good stuff. I just don't trust him.

Mitt Romney, the Republican front runner...I don't trust him either. He is, after all, from Massachusetts, John Kerry's and Ted Kenney's home state. Just look at Scott Brown.

Even if it went to a congressional hearing and it was determined it was indeed fake nothing would happen. He would not be impeached or kicked out of office. He would say he honestly believed he was born in Hawaii and someone else would take the fall. I'm not sure about the PS stuff but the creases, you can request a new one. Either way, my point is fake or not, it doesn't matter.

I have to respectfully disagree with you Beastmode.

Article II Section 1.5:
No person except natural born Citizen, or Citizen of the United States, at the time of adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

It doesn’t get any clearer than that. If his birth certificate is officially proven to be a fake (which will never happen), and he can’t produce a real one, he will have to be relieved of his duty, and Loose Lips Biden would assume command. And I’m not saying this because it’s BOB, or because that I believe that his birth certificate is a fake. I would say it no matter who was President. If Congress disregards this section of the Constitution, they will disregard any section of the Constitution. We may as well throw the whole thing in the trash. Are you ready to do that? I’m not.

This CON Artist has already proven the ability to utterly disregard the constitution with many of his decisions. What's another "little section or rule" to the executive branch if it is not going to be challenged or kept in balance by the legislative branch as the constitution also requires?

Leaders of the so-called 'birther' movement have claimed that the birth certificate produced by Barack Obama is a fake.

Despite the president providing the the full long-form document last week, the 'birthers' - fronted by Donald Trump - have taken their case to a federal appeals court in Southern California.

They claim the birth certificate had been doctored; that the document's serial number was out of sequence, the typing wasn't aligned, and it was printed on green paper instead of white paper like other Hawaiian birth records of that era.

But it was unclear how far their arguments would go, given the previous failed lawsuits on the issue and concern from the court about whether the latest claim was filed too late to be considered.

Obama's production of the vital record was aimed at quashing any lingering doubt among critics who contend he shouldn't have been elected because he couldn't prove he was a U.S. citizen - a prerequisite for the nation's highest office.

But it has not deterred Orly Taitz, an lawyer at the forefront of the birther movement

On Monday, Taitz told a three-judge panel of the ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that the long-form birth certificate released by Obama is 'not a true and correct image.'

'It's very inventive computer art,' she said.

Taitz and attorney Gary Kreep, on behalf of more than 40 plaintiffs, are seeking to revive a lawsuit challenging Obama's citizenship that was dismissed by U.S. District Judge David Carter in late 2009.

They asked the panel to remand the case to Judge Carter in Orange County...
