P90X

First off, let me say that I'm not paid to endorse this product, lol.

My journey started in January. I was 6 foot, 247 lbs about 30 percent body fat. For 5 months I was too out of shape to do a workout program so I ran every day and eat healthy. Have one cheat day every 10 days. Will be on Sundays now. Drank only water since Jan with alcohol only on cheat days.
By June I went from 247 to 198, 24 per body fat.

Now I thought it's time for me start a program. I started p90x and the results have been amazing. I finished the 90 days this past Sunday. I went from 195, 24 per body fat to 162 with 13 percent body fat and defined upper abs(still working on the lower two pack which takes the most time), larger, defined, arms, shoulders, back, and legs.

I just wanted to put this on the forum to encourage any of you that have been thinking about having a healthier lifestyle. If I can do it. So can you. I turned 33 today and in the best shape of my life. P90x works if you stick to it, best money I ever spent and I started p90x plus this week.

Yeah. Man I could really use a good shaping up. I'm 42, about 5-10 and 220. My problem is I can't really run because of my knees. They aren't in terrible shape, but I've had enough motorcycle accidents to have to have suffered some (besides the obvious scars LOL).

Maybe you're success will motivate me? I dunno. It's hard to find the time, but from what I've heard, the best thing you were able to do is eat right, which I assume means the right food and the right size portions.

Yea, a lot of grilled chicken and fish(lean protein), helps you look forward to your cheat day, lol...

As far as your knees, one person on the video always does a modified move for folks with bad knees.
