Too funny about the scooters.
I do not , do not support drunk driving.
The guy was not drunk driving.
When arrested for being at the Walmart, he was givne a breath test and was drunk. He said he drank and drove himself.
You have to be arrested for drunk driving while driving , right?
If not, then I, us Saints, me included, would have been arested many times over for drunk while riding, drunk while walking, drunk while sitting, drunk while sleeping, LOL!

I do not make fun of people with special needs or take handicaped places. The scooter race was at the early AM hours. No people out there needed the carts. Few people are at a store that time if they have sense , really .

I think the scooter race thing was funny.
