I like both... but at the same time, I think they use too much icing on top. I usually have to scrap it off.

I'm a fan of the old school McKenzie king cake with the sugar icing. I don't like my King Cake filled with a whole bunch of junk like pineapple etc.
Randazzo's makes a great king cake, but honestly they get to be loaded with too much junk. I like mine simple. |
