Methinks Jimmy Carter has Clinton beat by a mile. Retrospectively, Clinton was not so bad. At least he worked with Congress and did not shove legislation we all did not want down our throat! He will be much more kindly and even fondly remembered. Presbo on the other hand is trying to wrestle this "honor" away from Jimmy Carter.

I agree, Carter was the absolute worst, and I believe he was a Falcon fan to boot ... didn't vote for Clinton, but ended up thinking he wasn't that bad, much of that was due to him mostly having Republican-controlled Houses & Senates though ... the 90's were pretty good to me ... I'd woulda' abused the Presidency like 'Slick Willy', had Detroit Lions bobbleheads on my desk in the Oval Office, entertained young ladies in there at all hours, appear on SNL, party with the SuperBowl Champs, the Stanley Cup winners, MLB & NBA Champions ... foreign policy? What foreign policy?
