Many years ago - 2000, 01 - I worked at NBC 13 in Birmingham, AL. It was amusing to me how many of my co-workers complained about the "liberal media" at WORK every day!

I didn't have the stomach for the daily news. Too depressing, too jaded, long hours, bad pay. My illustrious news career lasted under 2 years, and while I worked with some good people, I've never regretted leaving the business.

Kinda like teachers and the Teacher's Union. Most teachers I know despise that union.

15 years in newspapers 18 in local Tv. The last year HELL F'N HELL. I need to get out.
