How many different fire arms do you own?

Dude, A .308 and "Sweden" just don't seem to mesh. What gives?

I'm like a woman... One for every pair of shoes.

Well .308 isn't so strange as a caliber, its just the type of gun that would make people over here raise an eyebrow. The .308, 7.62×51mm NATO and the .30-06 Springfield are all quite alike and the most used calibers for hunting in Sweden. The main prey being moose needing something quite powerful. Hunting rifles are basically the only rifles over here with the exception of collectors and sport shooter, and of course military/law enforcement. The 9.3×62 Mauser is also quite popular.

I figured as much. It's just that the general perception in the US is that Sweden is this giant commune with beautiful blond women and no one would ever, ever need or touch a gun. Besides, the only meat Swedes eat is salmon and the occasional Swedish meatball, right.

I don't quite have enough to defend the Alamo, but a little more than I need to defend my swimming pool and BBQ pit. :)

I've sold a few lately, the only redundant calibers I have are 12Ga and 20Ga.... Those are redundant because I have one 12Ga for hunting and the others along with my 16Ga are Winchester and Remington collectors I inherited from my father.

Next weapons?

Mine will likely be 17 Win Super Mag. A 3,000 fps rim fire cartridge that is a varmit hunter's dream come true. The problem is it's so new only Savage makes a rifle.

Love the wind drift on that round...

I'm not sure what my next venture is going to be but I have a feeling I am going to drop a can on that .308 and go subsonic :)

I do so want a HK.45 tac
