WTF? Seems like he's getting bitter in his old age ... he used to be a funny guy ... losing Jenny McCarthy has affected him more then I thought ... it would bother me too, I suppose ... not enough to become an activist ... or maybe that's why she left him in the first place? ... it's kinda' sad watching another public figure slowly go off the deep end, it's almost becoming a national pasttime, :mrgreen:.

Sad state the world is comung too.
We get it over here aswell.No respect in this generation, sad thing is im part of this generation. I dread to think what would have happened whrn I got home.

Yeah, and I don't get the symbolism ... do you deface a national monument because you're mad at private industry or because you're mad at the government? Am I missing the significance of defacing the Lincoln Memorial vs the Washington Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, the Iwo Jima Memorial, the Vietnam War Memorial or any other number of memorials located around there? Was that the one with the least security or spectators milling about?

IDK, the whole point of the act is lost on me. Around here, we just call it 'graffiti' and clean it off ... unless it's kinda' good and has some artistic merit, in which case, we just leave it. But I guess because it's D.C., it has some deeper, political meaning, eh?

You didnt miss anything brother, there is nothing to miss. I am assuming the Lincoln memorial was a Target of Opportunity for some drunk kids that had some pain on them... Carry went off the deep end and assigned motive that had nothing to do with the action but everything to do with his mental agenda.

edit: wrong "Carry", for some reason I thought it was Secretary of State Kerry assigning motive ... I stand behind the accuracy of my initial observation in spite of that little faux pax. :)
