I heard on a report that these bike groups deliberately block traffic so they can accelerate, race, pop wheelies and otherwise generally disrupt traffic. The dang video looks like a Road Warrior movie the way they recklessly endanger the SUV by intruding into it's space and slowing down in front of it.

It's too bad someone got hurt, but I have no sympathy for the injured party ... us having to foot the bill for him doing something so stupid should suffice, IMO. New York must have some pretty strict gun laws because I know if I saw something like that on a freeway around Detroit, there'd be some dead bikers laying around the Interstate, :neutral: ... and "no", the SUV driver should not be charged.

Biker gang got what they deserved

About 20 bikers surround the SUV, and one goes infront of him and brakes harshly so the SUV hits the bike, he has no time to miss the bikers back end

Getting run over was the least the driver of the SUV could have done to the bikers, he forgot to put in reverse and go back over them

The thing we don't know is what happened BEFORE what we see.

From what I can see, I would have done exactly what the driver of the SUV did, particularly if my kids are in the car with me.

I don't blame the guy either with his wife and kid in the car since there was like 50+ bikers. This group had had several calls to the police prior to this event for blocking traffic. Too bad someone got hurt though.
