Not being a beer fan I've recently started brewing hard apple cider. Anyone else?

Yes, home brew guy here. Haven't brewed since 2011, but prone to start at anytime.

I like the Coopers kits. A lot of brewers scoff at it but it's actually a good kit. I took a class, I can make it from scratch but it's not fun if I have to dedicate an entire weekend to it so I stick with their pre-made kits. Think they have about a dozen varieties. If anyone is just starting out and want to try it it's maybe $100 for the equipment. After that about $30 for roughly 7 gallons of good quality beer. Warning though, you will develop another hobby; drinking a lot of beer.

Do you have any good cider recipe Oak?
