Yep, that was out by Kalamazoo, what a mess! At the same time, there was another pile-up or something going on with US-23, both highways were shut down ... the roads get pretty slick over there in mid-Michigan,

. Remarkably, I don't think I heard about anyone dying.

Edit: One death (as per Sunday a.m. newscast), a truck driver from Quebec.

Seems like the vehicles are driven at a speed much to high in that weather.

Interstate 94 west of Ann Arbor (through to New Buffalo) is infamous for icing up fast, water over the highway in heavy rains and your chances of hitting deer. It is a crazy stretch and people drive it like they're on the Autobahn, that's for sure,

Them truck drivers are weighing something like 88,000lbs, so they can pretty much drive through anything ... it's when they try to stop they become like big ol' bowling balls.
