i havent posted much in any forums beside the Saints forum. Does anyone watch TWD? If not this is the only forum in the history of the internet that doesnt have one.

Diz started a couple threads, I cut my cable after Season 4 so I'm way behind ... waiting on the DVD set or for it to get picked up by Hulu, :lol:. It's really the only thing I miss about not having cable anymore.

Spoiler if you haven't seen this season!!!

I actually thought this season was one of the best. Almost lost interest last season. I agree about the cliffhanger. I think they did it that way because they want to get a feel of how the audience will react depending on who it is. Supposedly the actors don't even know. I also think the whole dumpster scene was written in to see how the audience would react if that character was killed off.
That last scene was definitely intense. The only hope I see is Morgan and Carol teaming up with the guys on horseback in armor who look like Knights. I have a feeling they have numbers, are well organized, and are moral. I haven't read the comics either. I can also see some of Negins men being easily turned. Some, if not most are probably there out of fear.
The fact they didn't take the rocket launcher with them had me scratching my head.

Negan is way above your normal run of the mill homicidal psychopath. If the TV series follows the comic book, the person who dies has already been foreshadowed a couple of times. It will be a heart-breaker (as far as my wife is concerned). This was a very good season. Now I am ready for Fear of the Walking Dead to resume.

ps: Negan is the real deal hollifield BADASS

I will prove the foreshadowing after the new season starts.

They have deviated a lot from the comics which leaves a lot of people to think it may not be the same person. I'm not convinced the writers have even made up their mind yet. I agree though this season was the best. Finally some good stuff happened to them, until the final episode at least. Relationships were made and characters evolved. There were finally some "hell yea!!!!" moments. Daryll with the rocket launcher set a nice tone.

Now if Game of Thrones would hurry up and premier I will be a happy guy.

This last season was not good. Watched it. Enjoyed it. But, sometimes, writers get too fond of themselves. The season had a lot of pointless story lines, disjointed time frames, and the complete neglect of characters. They really mailed it in. And while the comic purists are excited about Negan, love the actor, I'm personally not excited about the future of the show. But, I'll watch.

Agree, although season 6 did had some fantastic moments, it wasn't as good top to bottom as previous seasons.

Still better than most shows on TV.

Funny how different boards are. I posted this thread because I didnt see a thread on the topic and like I said there is one on every other board. The longest thread was on a firearms board I am a member of. A lot of survivalists and doomsday people there I guess because it was several hundred pages. I looked it up the other day and nobody had posted in it all season. I asked if it was dead or not and the answer I got is that when the gay guys kissed they lost some posters, when the cop was shot they lost more, and more still left for political reasons.

Im so glad I can just watch a show for the sake of watching a show.
