Bring their city back from what? I live in ATL and they are just fine putting all their hopes and dreams on the Braves and are ecstatic that the Hawks made the playoffs. Arthur Blank is a class act but so are countless personnel men around the league that have losing teams and are in worse situations than the Falcons. Hell, you can say that the Saints off the field are in a worse situation from a stability standpoint than the Falcons.
Yeah. They have the Braves. The Braves were good for the last 50 years. No pity on them.
I vote that as most ridiculous post of the year. I guess I the author was inbibed or just dumped by his girlfried prior to writing it. I hope the Falcons go 4-12 next year if only so they sweep the Panthers and Bucs.

maybe I'm stretching it, but if they somehow beat us and ended up 4-12, while we ended up in the Superbowl or whatever, I wouldn't care so much about the loss.
I don't let those fans that you talk about (the ones who make katrina jokes etc.) affect me. I honestly don't care about the offensive jokes and crap like that, because I know that there are good fans out there.

Too easy. You are too nice of a guy. I dont feel for them one bit especially since half of the supporters believe that Vick should not have been punished.
We might as well lose to Carolina, and Tampa to they have had some bad luck as well, while we are at it could we go ahead and throw the Lions game poor guys desever a break... then we'd have to throw the SF and Oakland games as well just because they deserve it as well. GB lost Farve so we should feel bad for them as well so here ya go GB, one for Farve.
Ok I think I have us picking in the top 6 next year just for being good guys.
The only thing that will help them is a winning season period. 4 or 5 wins won't do anything for them.
They had a horrible draft and really going to bite them bigtime.
