I don't think they can pass on his talent. He has tremendous upside. If you are one of the people that think the Titans don't trust Volek with their future, then this is the only pick for you.

Vince Young is definately the Titans guy. McNair is the perfect guy for Young to learn under. They need a QB to replace McNair and Young has the potential to be a great QB. He has all the skills; he can throw, he's smart, and obviously he can make a play with his legs. This would be a great pick for the Titans at #3.

Depending on offseason moves, the Titans really need to shore up the Oline. Their starting left tackle is in his 14th season. Now's the time to take his replacement.

The Titans have to take Young with their first pick, McNair is aways banged up it seems, without a good qb the Titans will never get back to winning again,
Ask yourself this question, when was the last time McNair played all 16 games without an injury?, also, what has he done for his team lately? It's possible that McNair will never be healthy again, at least healthy enough to help his team win.
In order the the Titan's to become a winning team again they have to start with a good quality qb which is Young, I don't believe that they will pass on Young.
