Baltimore pick RB LenDale White from USC

The Ravens choose LenDale White, RB, USC. Finally, the Ravens decide to address their woeful offense by taking LenDale White out of USC. Many experts believe that White is going to be the best pro out of all the RBs in this year's draft. And with good reason too, as he packs great size, good speed, and soft hands. The Ravens are hoping that White can fill the void that Lewis left last season.

I have to agree here. Chester Taylor will never be a featured back, and Lewis appears to be nearing the downturn in his career. Lendale White is a touchdown machine. I liked him better than Bush all year and I think he'll outlast Reggie in the pros.

Demeco Ryans. Ray Lewis may be cut, and even if he does stay, he isnt getting any younger. Plus, the raven could sign Jamal Lewis and draft a rb such as Brian Calhoun , or wait til next year for kenny irons.

LenDale White, RB, USC. The Ravens need help at many skill postions on offense. White is the best offensive player available. The Ravens like to control the clock on offense and White gives them a rb who will pound defenses and keep the clock moving. They get rid of Lewis and start fresh.
