Yo Andy, you can't have your cake and eat it too. This is the kind of thinking that has the NFL in the mess it is in now. Shut up and play the game or go home.

This is just like saying - o cuz Vick is a running QB no one is allowed to hit him so just give him a straight path to the endzone, what a joke!

Reid knows that his best chance of winning a Super Bowl is with a healthy Vick.

But since Vick won't stay in the pocket and protect himself, he is wanting the refs to act like an extension of the offensive line.

The league came up with the "Brady Rule" after the Golden Child got hurt; it will be interesting to see how the NFL responds.

Considering the league is basking in the success of the "rehabilitated Vick", I wouldn't be surprised if Vick gets the benefit of some offensive non-holding calls, (like he got when he was with the Falcants), or some questionable late hits when he takes a hard hit when he dives for a 1st down or TD.
