Farve case. I am for women's rights.

But this is not a women's rights issue. This is not a case of sexual harrassment or abuse in any sort of way.
Let Old Maid tell my kids here on board the facts of life:
When a man and woman have chemistry, they like each other, they talk, date, have s*x and not nec. in that order, LOL!!
Farve, a louse, met this wh o re Sterger
He talked to her. She to him. They texted each other. Farve,a c*&t,
didn't leave his wife and take up with this skank.
Deanna Farve(the Mrs) might want to cut Farve lose and take her tens of millions of HER money before he cuts her loose later as years go by.
Anyway, Ms. cheap trash decided to make some noise. Here is the story:

12/29/2010 11:50 AM PST by TMZ Staff

The woman who was allegedly on the receiving end of the Brett Favre weiner photos claims she's "extremely disappointed, but not surprised" with the NFL's ruling ... because the the NFL is a sexist organization.

Jenn Sterger's lawyer just released a statement saying, "While I am not privy to how Mr. Goodell reached such a finding, we strongly disagree with his conclusion that there was insufficient evidence to support a violation of the policy."

Jenn's lawyer continues, "Our evidence and the personal testimony of Ms. Sterger clearly showed a pattern of lewd and offensive behavior by Mr. Favre that lasted all of the 2008 season."

He adds, "Our evidence clearly showed that the photos were sent by Favre."

Sterger's lawyer concludes, "Today’s decision is an affront to all females and shows once again that, despite tough talk, the NFL remains the good old boys’ league."

Give me a break. NFL is not good ole boys organization. Rita Benson, CEO,owner , whatever she is of N.O.Saints and Benson Corp., just won the SB. She had a big hand in picking the team and coaching staff you have come to know and love.
NFL has many women employed in major positions. Ms. Benson 's job is inherited, but she def has a voice with the other owners and the NFL.

This girl Sterger is just typical pretty trash. Let her do Playboy and call Gloria Allred and be done with it.
Farve, I can't stand him, but really there was nothing the NFL could to do. Oohh, he had an affair outside of his marriage. We have some real thugs, gangsters, criminals in the NFL and the NFL keeps them.
Only person who can discipline Farve is the Mrs. and her divorce atty.

Score 1 for MANkind.

Favre should store some nude pictures of her on his phone, then publicly cry about how hurt he was when he received them, and demand payment from NOW. And a lifetime ban on Jenn Sterger doing commercials. He's going to cry anyway, the season's ending; he may as well get paid for it.

On a more serious note, I don't think they ever had an affair, I think he wanted to, she didn't.

But seriously? He's a football player, and you're only being paid to hang around them because you're a hot chick. Don't act all offended if one of them comes on to you.

Was she a journalist? A professional?
That is the other bad thing that disgusts me and other women.
There are many, many women who are professional journalists and they take their careers seriously. Erin Andrews back to Jayne Kennedy are very pretty, but they were serious and educated for their jobs.

Farve was fined $50,000 by the NFL for his behavior.
I think that is silly. It was a private matter. It wasn't anything illegal.

[edit] Career[edit] Modeling and actingSterger rose to fame after she was shown on national television during a 2005 Florida State–Miami football game.[2] On seeing the shot, announcer Brent Musburger commented that "1,500 red-blooded Americans just decided to apply to Florida State."[2] She was one of the FSU Cowgirls, who are known for their combination of minimal tops, short shorts, and cowboy hats. She has since posed in both Maxim and Playboy magazines. Sterger is also the "Sports Babe" for Sprint Exclusive Entertainment. Sterger was featured on the E!: Entertainment Television show Byte Me: 20 Hottest Women of the Web that originally aired in March 2008, where she was #19 on their list.

In 2009, Sterger had her breast implants removed, stating that they had served their purpose for her career, and that she was tired of being stereotyped.[3][4]

Sterger has minor roles in two films scheduled to be released in 2010, The Tenant and Don't Fade Away.[5]

[edit] Sports journalismAfter contributing two articles to Sports Illustrated,[6][7] Sterger, for some time, wrote a Wednesday feature on SI.com's "Scorecard Daily."

Sterger was a regular segment host on the recent ABC show Race to March Madness. The nationally televised weekly show highlighted the best teams in NCAA men's basketball and how the season was shaping up prior to the tournament. She hosted a weekly segment where she visited a top school's campus and interviewed players, coaches and fans of the respective teams. Her visits took her to Memphis, Tennessee, UNC, Duke, USC, UCLA and Indiana.

On March 4, 2010 it was announced that she would be competing directly with ESPN's 6pm ET SportsCenter by co-hosting a new show on Versus called The Daily Line, which debuted on April 5. Jenn said, "I always felt sports TV was a bunch of guys in suits yelling at me. Other shows don't exactly know how to use social media and the Web," says Sterger. "Since I'm practically living on the Web, I've got a pulse on what going on out there.....And I'll be personally accessible to the audience, except for my personal phone number."[8] After seven months on the air, Versus cancelled The Daily Line as of November 4, 2010.[9]

In October 2010, reports surfaced that NFL quarterback Brett Favre was alleged to have sent Sterger several suggestive text messages, voicemails and explicit photos of himself while he was the quarterback for the New York Jets and she was a sideline reporter for the Jets.[10][11] He was later fined $50,000 for "failure to cooperate" with the investigation. The NFL stated that it "could not conclude" that Favre had violated the personal conduct policy, and that there was not sufficient evidence to establish if Favre had sent the photos.[12]

Kind of. She could have really been more instead of going the easy way with this noterity with Farve and emphasis on her looks.

He never should have sent his picture because thank god he's a football player. He'd never make it in the porno business That's probably what pi$$ed her off. One would have expected so much more....

Guys should know better, but guys in the limelight should know much better than to do this. Not saying I haven't done my fair share of bonehead things, but unlike a person with money and fame no one cares if I do.

I might be putting my mancard at risk here, but let me say that I am Facebook friends with 6-7 Saints players.

Here is what current 'musician' Kyle Turley said on FB about the matter:

Kyle Turley Brett Favre should get a $50k money order, wipe his ass w/it & send it to Roger Goodell & the NFL!
