If there was a koolaid drinking contest, they'd win easily. That's what happens when you buy into all the hype and lose focus. When you have one of your best players like Desean Jackson put himself before the team, there's going to be a problem. They have all the sexy skill position players one would crave for on a fantasy team... but if you don't build your team from the inside out, you're destined to fail. They're learning the hard way.

It's the dream team curse. Happened to the Cowboys when pre-season they were going to the superbowl in their own house, then flopped.

Just goes to show… you can buy talent, but you can't buy chemistry.

Kevin Kolb told WIP Radio in Philadelphia Wednesday that he was calling out the Eagles' offensive plays on the sideline during Week 10.

"During the two-minute drill, you almost feel guilty," Kolb said. "Mike (Vick) is sitting there giving the signals, and I’m standing there on our sidelines, screaming at our corners, ‘Hey it’s a go ball, hey he’s running a screen, hey he’s running a slant.’" It's surprising that the Eagles wouldn't change their signals and formations knowing that Kolb was on the other sideline and knows them all after spending his first four seasons in Philly. The Eagles are 3-6 heading into Sunday's game at the Meadowlands.

Now that's some bad coaching right there.

I have a friend up East whose wife's parents and that whole side of the family are from around Philly, and when he goes to visit them at Thanksgiving it's always a bad scene, like he ends up sitting around in the den with these distant relatives he doesn't know, they're all these beefy blue collar guys with big thick necks and huge knuckles, going "How bout dem Iggles?" at him, and he never knows what to say. I just talked to him and he's definitely NOT looking forward to this year.

You can't make an Eagles fan happy.
