3 free agents the Saints could potentially be interested in

The Saints need help on the defensive side of the field. Could Stanford Routt, D'Qwell Jackson, and Cliff Avril be those 3 to help Spagnuolo solidify the defense?

It's sort of a battle of if Avril will be tagged. He don't want to be, the Lions say they will tag him.

Routt, it depends on the offers he gets. We may have to pay a good buck for him, but to have Greer and Routt, we'd be serious on the outside.

Jackson is getting tagged, so he looks like he is out of the question.

Depending on who restructures and what happens with Avril (and how much Avril would want), we could potentially be able to afford them, yes.
