The Redskins have traded three first-round picks to the Rams for this year's No. 2 pick, sources told NFL Network's Albert Breer.

Thats way to much to give up to move up in the draft, even if RG3 pans out they have handcuffed that franchise in a big way

It's nice when you have the luxury of the #2 pick but you actually already have a quarterback who isn't really all that bad -- Sam Bradford.

Wow, the Rams are now potentially in a great spot to build a great team. It does appear the Redskins way overpaid, but heck, they do need a QB in a bad way. I guess we shall see in the upcoming years how this one pans out.

I guess when they heard that Manning did not want to play there, they sold the farm for RG3. Talk about your all time dumb a** moves. Man....that franchise is toast, even if RG3 turns out to be a good pick.

Great teams are built through the draft. Dare I say, the Rams might be a postseason maintstay for awile.

Its not as bad as everyone thinks. Yes, they overpaid, but they had a ton of extra picks built up and they have 40 million in cap room.

It won't hurt them nearly as much as it appears on the surface.

If RG3 pans out and is the fantastic player many people think he will be that is a smart move. look at our roster last year, we had Meachem and Ingram that was first round picks but not in any way spectacular players. Its more about finding the right guys than where you find them.

Damn, I didn't realize they threw in a second rounder this year as well. Unreal.

I don't know about dominate, but they should be able to compete with the 49ers in a couple of years
