The initial reports that surfaced yesterday in the Adrian Peterson arrest somewhat paint him as a victim of over-zealous police officers.
That may not be the case as, Daniel Maher, the general manager of the nightclub Live at Bayou Place told/maybe sold a different story to TMZ.
Mayer is stating that AP was “very drunk and was a difficult customer all night.” During the timeframe when the police officers were asking patrons to leave Peterson “tried to intimidate the bartender” into selling him that infamous water.
Things got ugly and Maher himself tried to smooth the situation out. Maher used the term “unreasonable ‘to describe Peterson’s actions at that point to which the cops stepped in.
Peterson then pushed the off-duty cop and assumed a fighting stance. “[He Looked] “like he meant business.” Maher says, “He looked really scary and I thought he was gonna attack the cops.”
