Meachem gives Chargers a scare Wednesday night
 
Michael Gehlken of the Union-Tribune San Diego reports that Chargers receiver Robert Meachem suffered a possible injury in Wednesday nightís training camp practice. Per Gehlken, the injury was to Meachemís right leg, and possibly his right knee.

i wish we could have kept meachem. it seems like every time he caught a ball it was a 40 yard td.
given a choice id have rather seen colston go. at least meachem is a legitimate deep threat.

colston is good because he has brees throwing to him. if you guys cant see that then i picked the wrong saints board to join. i like good football discussions not wagoners spouting whatever garbage they hear on espn.

If Colston is good because Drew is throwing to him, what's that make Meachem? Colston was better than Meachem when Drew was throwing to both
