Gentlemen’s agreements among coaches are forbidden in the preseason
 

As we explained last year, no agreements or arrangements may be made before preseason games regarding issues like personnel and strategy.

That said, it happens. And the league rarely does anything about it.

Belichek and Vitt and the Saints coaches probably made these arrangements before the preseason game as well.

It certainly wasnt a typical preseason game thats for sure.

Dont know about that. We knocked the QB out of the hall of fame game and face-planted "the almighty" Brady the other night.

He said Belichek and the Saints coaches; he didn't say anything about the Saints PLAYERS agreeing to it!!
