Really bummed out about the whole thing. Just curious to get perspective from fans from other teams. Does he get picked up?

I don't know what his health status is at the moment, but he was really impressive a couple of years back before he had that injury because of which he missed almost the entire season.

I do hope he gets picked up by some team needing a veteran TE.

He has always been a fan favorite and just an awesome player on and off the field. He embraced DC and did a lot for his fans. Guy deserves to be on this 53 man roster but Shanny is the boss.

Emotional day to say the least. Burgundy and Gold nation is torn up.

Patriots will probably pick him up so they can add the 5 tight end package to their playbook and forget about their most productive player in the past 5 years - wes welker

Would be awesome if we could get him cheap, two proven tight ends in graham and cooley

Yea she was a cheerleader... They started dating and she got fired from the squad. She got the last laugh though... A giant rock on her finger.

He tweeted a picture of himself with his play book, but he was butt naked and didn't realize you could see his tiny Johnson.

he's pretty awesome...not sure how much he has left, but i know my skins fans buddies always liked him.

It would be worth bringing him in. If for no other reason than to have his wife around. :wink:
