Do Habaugh brothers run bounty programs?

That has been a question fueling my mind since bounty gate started.

let us remember back to last years San Fran playoff game and how physical the 49ers got, including taking PT out of that game. I can guarantee you that the player who hit PT was looking intentionally at doing a helmet to helmet hit for that purpose. PT was eating them up on the drive.

We see repeated cases in Baltimore with Ed Reed as well, I believe its a team effort full of bounties by both Ravens and 49ers, Terrel Suggs has been known to get dirty as well.

I be interested in seeing the team in the AFC the last few years who has been at the top of the list of near the top in terms of injuring opponents, I be interested in seeing that same stat and ranking by the 49ers last season and end of this season to see where they rank.

I believe the physical play these teams exhibit is result of bounties by Habaugh brothers, apparently it runs in their blood.

If you dont believe it, you witnessing it in this game, Whitner on every play goes head hunting, they got the intent to injure and its the Saints with the Bounty?

Hello,
I am new to the board, yet, this is something I felt for while about the Hardy Boys.

I feel they are dirty.
I watch the non-verbals and there is something unspoken going on with those boys.
Ethically, I feel Alex Smith did not join the club and he is facing the rath of peer pressure.

Funny, as much as I dislike the 'boys and Jets, the Ryan Brotherhood just don't have the snake gene like the Hardy Boys.

I am going to copy and paste this:

Really what needs to happen with the league is they need to jump down the throats of the officials to grow a pair and throw flags when they should, 49ers and Ravens (both Habaugh brothers) are aggressive and intimidating on officials to where officials will ultimately help Ravens or 49ers win games due to the physicality in the secondary, you see that in the Ravens/Chargers game to.
This is just the officiating bias the Habaugh brothers get.

We talk about head hunting, you cant tell me the 49ers aint out to injure someone, their was one play where Mark Ingram I think it was on the ground, he was called down in time, because sure enough here came Daunte Whitner diving head first for another head hit, he pulled back though in time.

Last year the 49ers took out 6 opposing running backs with injuries in their first 6-7 games...in a row....and you're going to tell me, that's just a coincidence? That they're not targeting these guys, with intent to injure, or they're not being specifically coached to do it? I mean I get that they are physical, and that is a part of football, I get that, but where is the outrage from the league about it, or the quote-unquote "investigation" of that. That's what really gets me perplexed.

You right about that.

That 49ers team looks way more physical than the 2009 Saints team that the league and all keeps harping was using a bounty program.

Daunte Whitner is the guy I center in on and started watching closely after last seasons hit on PT, everytime I see him on the field heading for a tackle, his Head goes straight first toward the opponent head, he did that plenty times yesterday as well, but its not just him either.

I want to see the stats of injuries to Offensive lineman inflicted by the 49ers defense for this year and last year, theirs a reason why most downs you see this huge pile up of bodies right at the line, most of it is 49ers D-line and LBs falling side ways and rolling into legs and knees of the opposing teams, this is what happened with our RG, think of this as chop block in disguise, this is what the Habaughs are teaching.

Doesn't matter unless they start coaching for the Saints.

No. Only the Saints have EVER run a bounty program. Also, it is a sham to accuse any of the other football teams or coaches to do such a dispicable thing.

Out of interest,do people have a issue of the way they play or the fact the Saints have been screwed for a supposed bounty system?
