It seems to me like he is a better man than he ever was a footballplayer, and you have to be a pretty darn good player to get to the NFL to begin with...

Thanks for a very good read. I live in Cincinnati and watched Kitna's leadership on a team loaded with egos. He wasn't a great NFL quarterback but given the circumstances that sorounded him here, who could have been? On a team where some players spent as much time in jail as on the practice field Kitna wore a cross cap during post game interviews. The NFL tried to fine him for wearing it, go figure.
