Who Dat Nation nightmare: The Falcons (or the 49ers) in Super Bowl 2013
For New Orleans Saints fans, trying to decide whether to root for the thoroughly hated San Francisco 49ers or the utterly despised Atlanta Falcons in Sunday’s NFC Championship Game is like trying to choose between waterboarding and electrocution: Which form of torture would you prefer?
Either way, a bitter rival invades New Orleans for Super Bowl 2013, heaping more agitation on a Who Dat Nation still angrily waiting for Roger Goodell to Free Sean Payton.
Both teams have served up more than their fair share of pain to Saints fans over the years. The Falcons handed the Saints their most lopsided defeat (62-7) and their most shocking last-second loss (Big Ben), among other indignities. The 49ers tormented the Saints throughout the Bill Walsh era, then drove a dagger into the heart of the Saints' Super Bowl hopes with a soul-crushing fourth-quarter comeback in last year’s NFC divisional playoff game.
Back in November, when the Falcons came to town undefeated, NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune video reporter Prescotte Stokes asked fans outside the Superdome how they would feel about the Falcons playing a Super Bowl in the Who Dat Nation’s capital. One black-and-gold diehard summed up the prevailing attitude succinctly: “Sain’t gonna happen!”

Kind of a Nightmare, but you can wish for the 49ers to win because you know they going to lose in the SB.
Atl to if they drew up NE.
