Russell weighs 308 lbs.
Ben weighs 241 lbs.
"Purple drank" weighs 8.34 lbs./gallon

So even if Ben were able to consume 7 gallons of purple drink in one sitting he still wouldn't weigh as much as the JaWalrus.
