I think he's a gamer, we know he's got a swag to him ( Mr. I'm gonna pick off Drew Brees in Training Camp) He listed now as being 6ft, my guess is maybe they are being generous there. If Nnamdi is your 2, Keenan your 1, or vise versa I want Corey White as my first guy in the slot. Keep Jabari off the field as long as you can.... ( Not for lack of skill Jabari lovers!!!!) But, am I the only one..... Jabari hasn't played one full healthy season!!!! If you can take advantage with your youth in the beginning of the season.... White, Lewis.... I think you'll get the best of what Nnamdi and Jabari have left......
I don't think we have to worry about Nnamdi's health at all. His endurance and health has never been a problem. I want to see if White get's better too though...Jabari is the person we might need to keep in the reserves and healthy for later in the season.

WE WILL DRAFT A SAFETY
and probably sign a veteran safety like Ed Reed or Charles Woodson
Unless we get a top notch safety in the first half of draft!

The only asset Roman Harper has is blitzing from the SS position he can't go up against a
TE much less a Tackle! So linebacker never but trade bait yes because Harper's skills are needed in a 4-3 where an extra Blitzer is needed because 4-3 usually doesn't have OLB like 3-4 has who are usually passrushing specialist unlike Sam and Will linebacker's who are olb in a 4-3 where they are assigned responsibilities to account for!
I DON'T SEE you lasting much longer here with that type of hostility in your replies. This isn't a smack board or a politics board.

Jabari Greer:

2005: Buffalo Bills - 16 games
2006: Buffalo Bills - 16 games
2007: Buffalo Bills - 16 games
2011: New Orleans Saints - 16 games

No football player ever has a "full healthy season" - that is if they see any extended time on the field - but Greer has played a full season four times in his career and has averaged 14 games a season during his career.

I'm in favor of checking the facts out before stating untrue things.

What if ? Until it actually happens it's only a guessing game.

For real, I dreamt that we signed Nnamdi. Waking up was harder than usual...

New Orleans Saints Better Off Not Signing Nnamdi Asomugha

In today’s day and age, the casual NFL fan is so infatuated with big name players and so called “steals” that they lose sight of the things that matter most. The New Orleans Saints are one of the teams who have a fan base that wants a quick fix, but I can assure you that signing a player like Nnamdi Asomugha only brings them further away from playoff contention.

I was a fan of the team signing Keenan Lewis, as I think the former Pittsburgh Steelers defensive back is going to bring a veteran dynamic to a secondary that was atrocious in 2013. Rob Ryan is no stranger to controversy, but even he can’t be welcoming Asomugha and his hefty asking price.

Adding the former Philadelphia Eagles player would be like spraying air freshener on a stench that is going to linger for months. I can’t argue with the Saints trying to get better, but they need to improve the defense via the NFL draft rather than the free agent market. These players are available for a reason, and the Saints are so far behind the curve that they must focus on other ways to improve the roster.

The Saints went into this free agency period over the NFL salary cap, and now they feel the need to splurge on a 31-year-old defensive back? Moronic.

Ryan may want all the weapons he wants to reconnect with his former pupil from the Oakland Raiders, but if they don’t start to rebuild via the draft, they will continue to spin their wheels. Lewis is going to do fine in his first year with the Saints, so they need not focus on the cornerback position in free agency again.

With the club being $5.4M under the cap, I don’t see why the Saints would even consider bringing in Asomugha. A defense this awful should have a long-term plan, and needs to stop attacking stop-gap players like the free agent cornerback.

New Orleans Saints Should Not Sign Nnamdi Asomugha

"A Veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount of "up to and including my life."
