Goodell: Combine sex questions not right

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell calls it "unacceptable" to ask a college player at the scouting combine any questions about his sexual orientation.

Several players indicated they were asked such questions, and the New York attorney general has urged the NFL to investigate. Goodell says the league will make clear to the team at this week's owners meetings "what they can ask and what they can't."

By doing so, Goodell says Monday, "I hope that'll solve the problem."

Michigan quarterback-turned-receiver Denard Robinson, Colorado tight end Nick Kasa and Michigan State running back Le'Veon Bell indicated they were asked about their sexual orientation at the combine in Indianapolis.

It is. They could sue the NFL right now and likely are. Roger better do more than "hope" it gets solved.

No need to ask questions like that... Just hire a model with big breasts, put her in an outfit with a very short skirt and a very low neck; sit her in front of the prospect, chewing on a pencil... you will know VERY quickly...

I thought it was an indirect question like, "do you like girls?", not a specific question about their orientation? I think there's some wiggle-room there.

I'm neutral to asking indirect questions like, "Do you like girls?" but if they ask about something really personal, that's crossing the line for me.
