Look it's hard not to like the kid and he is a winner. I would have a hard time disagreeing with Payton if he was signed.

Payton has never been one to grab or hold on to just "likeable guys"... Hence our record with Sean Payton.

League min for a player that would learn a lot from Brees. He has never had a chance to sit and learn behind a quality qb. Not to mention he would be happy to play just about any position until its his turn at qb. Play the kid on special teams. He would love to tackle some of the ones who blasted him....

An actual well written single pager from Doucher Report:

"Tebow wasn't cut because the Jets drafted Smith; he was cut because he isn't good enough to be an NFL quarterback. He wasn't good enough to play for one of the worst teams in football."

"The Jets were an absolute circus, and Tebow, it seems, no longer fits in the clown car."

Not sure why they drafted him, but I honestly think they never had any intentions on playing him.
It was all PR.

Agreed Like the guy or not but that is always a ****ty way to treat a guy. I mean give him a chance in FA at least.

Re: The NO TEBOW zone

All joking aside, Seneca Wallace was signed (I assume) so he can run the option in practice (otherwise it makes no sense at all). Wouldn't Tebow be a better choice for running the option in practice?
