I have a feeling he made too much money and doesn't feel like working this year for chump change (comparitively). To me, that's just flat out laziness and the reason why he'll go down in history as one of the biggest busts in Saints draft history. Good riddance. I'm glad he retired a Bear.

I hope he's not having personal problems that are forcing this decision, because it sure is otherwise odd.
