Looks to me like they are sitting on their cuts until the very last minute, letting everybody else cut and sign and make their plans and moves first... I am willing to bet it's done in the hopes of the Saints cutting somebody below the radar, who can then be picked back up again later on....the more wide receivers there are out there on the market, the more teams will make their moves, the more likely it is that a Tanner or a Toon or a Preston Parker or a Roby type of guy can get cut, at the last minute, and then maybe slip through the cracks and not get picked up by anybody else ....to end up back on the Saints later on if needed.

There are a LOT of marginal receivers on that tracker list...the trick is to get the other teams to look at the shiny objects and be distracted, and not have the time to take a good second look at OUR guys.....I predict there are offense-related cuts in the pike, of people they don't want to let go, and the Saints don't want to tip their hand.
