I take away one thing from this game, and it's that the Panthers defense is not nearly as good as people have been saying. Front 7 is great, sure, but Brady showed that a lot of quick passes and 3-step drops and they're vulnerable to the edges. That's just the kind of thing Brees specializes in. I think Sproles is bound to have a monster game against that team.

Also on planet reality is a little statistic that says the Saints have the best (that's right, the BEST) road record in the NFL since 2006.

That was the first full game I watched of the Panthers this season, and I gotta' tell ya', I was concerned ... that puts it in the proper perspective ... it ain't a 'Josh Freeman/Christian Ponder' back there taking snaps for the Saints,

... get out da' heart medicine.

I think it was on purpose. He was trying to make a statement about that last call without getting in trouble with the league and he who shall not be named. Everybody knew why he was pissed. His silence just put an exclamation point on it.
