Tackled by the hair
this is a discussion within the NFL Community Forum; I think you can grow your hair in the NFL any length that you want. You can cover up your name if that is what you want to do. But you can't cover up your number. We have the tuck ...

I think you can grow your hair in the NFL any length that you want. You can cover up your name if that is what you want to do. But you can't cover up your number.
We have the tuck rule........if you want to keep from having your hair pulled(that sounds so girlie) then tuck it in your helmet. I had long hair in the 70's(Bon Jovi stole my hair style) so I understand the appeal. Just tuck that ****!
