Don't equate what he did to trash talking. As noted above, trash-talking is part of the mental game, during the game. A moronic taunt and rant after the play is childish and malicious. If you see it differently, so be it.

My take is that if that was my son screaming at a reporter instead of celebrating, then I would be deeply emarrassed.
If your son, was 23, 24.... In the prime of his life and just made a play for an emotional win, his reaction is one he makes as his own individual adult....

In sports there's a moment where we as fans want raw, real emotion, or else why would you jam a mic in his face, why are you upset because the reaction is not the one you desired........ It's like saying hay I want this steak, but I don't wanna know what it took to get the steak on the plate

Disagree.
Your kids will always be a reflection on you. And again, if that was my son, I would not be making much eye contact at the grocery, church, etc.
Raw emotion is 'Yes, we won!". Not, "I am best! NO ONE can't talk to me"

And again you know who's problem that would be that you were embarrassed by another adults comments who just happened to be kinned to you........YOURS!!!!

Again you like the shoes, but you don't wanna know what sweatshop they came from....... Real is real, if you ask a real question in that arena, in that scenario, and you get a testosterone ( possibly adderall, lol) filled answer how can you be mad at the messenger!!!!!

Sherman may be a great corner, but he needs a few lessons in humility. Act like you've been there before...bro.

When you ask a real question???
She asked, "What happened after that last play?" Not exactly hardball journalism, but still, he exploded.

and then not 20 minutes later he continued the tirade on Twitter

Re: Class interview by Seahawks sherman

Apparently there's more to the story. Crabtree tried to fight Sherman at a charity event and there's been bad blood between the two ever since. It was tacky what Sherman did as he could have taken the high road... but he didn't and I really don't care. That's not our problem to deal with.
