Cleveland Cleans House - Again

Ray Farmer, who toiled under Lombardi, has been promoted to general manager effective immediately. Banner, set to exit over the next two months, released a statement on Tuesday calling the transition "bittersweet."

It's gotta be tough sledding to be a Browns fan ... they deserve better than this. At least there are lots of liquor stores near the stadium.

No tenture ever with that team.

Personnel-wise it's a great move for the Browns... Cleveland fans are thrilled to get rid of Lombardi. But now there's a new GM who played no part in hiring the new coach and the owner could still be going to prison so it's still a circus.

There are no great moves for the Browns. They have proven to be incapable of understanding talent and unable to make a great move. They are Dallas 2.0

Lombardi sure didn't stay unemployed very long. It appears he is headed back to the Patriots.

I wonder if Cleveland is in danger of losing their football team again.
