For all that they've done wrong with drafting (Jamarcus Russel) and coaching hires (Lane Kiffin), at least the Raiders are smart enough not to mess with what works when it comes to their uni's.

Tampa does have a great logo. We wore the same color helmets in high school even though our colors were blue, grey, and white. It really set the uni's off, same for the bucs.

I'd prefer the flag still be incorporated. But meh, I hate the Bucs. : ) Also, they mentioned "new" logo. It's the same one just without the flag. Which I guess could be considered new. But not by much. So this may be nothing close to it.

Edit: I'm told that Sapp debunked this on Twitta. I'm searching for that but don't really care enough to find our for sure. Because that would mean going through Sapp's twitter tweets. And that will scar me for life.

No doubt there are people in Somalia who are offended and I'm sure this will end up becoming a big issue. Tampa may be required to change its logo and name.

So they just made the logo bigger and cleaned it up a little so it looks less raw and hand drawn... I don't know what the point of that was. Wait, yes I do... Increased merchandise sales for people who have to get the new design.
