Wrong approach. The owners don't care, as long as it doesn't stop the bags of money they won't budge. It's going to take a social media campaign with real threats to sponsors that hurt them. Have to puncture the bags of coin and the banner is not big enough. They need a TV spot to plead their case. Probably not going to happen unless they form an alliance with more larger womans groups. Getting Breast Cancer advocacy on board would likely be enough to tip it.

I disagree. Keeping Goodell now threatens profits, and owners are just as concerned about their reputation as they are profits.

Goodell will be fired. Firing him is smarter than keeping him.

It saddens me that so many people think NFL owners are all greedy tyrants.

Success and wealth does not equal greed.

I just think the owners would rather not go back to the drawing board. It's a very disruptive process for them and the timing is awful with the season starting. It also takes a while with a lot of prior planning. If they can avoid it they would lean heavily in that direction. We will see...
